Deposit Policy
To secure your appointment, a $20 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
• The deposit will be applied toward your service total on the day of your appointment.
• If you cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit may be transferred to your new appointment.
• Same-day cancellations, last-minute reschedules (less than 24 hours), or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
• A new deposit will be required to book any future appointments.

Cancelations
• Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance may transfer the deposit to a future appointment.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a forfeited deposit.
• No-shows will lose their deposit and may be restricted from booking future appointments.
• A new deposit is always required to rebook after a late cancellation or no-show.
This policy ensures fairness and respect for everyone’s time.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, I may need to shorten your service or reschedule to avoid impacting the next client. In this case, your deposit will be forfeited and a new one will be required to rebook. Continuous tardiness may result in being unable to book future appointments.
To keep communication clear and respectful, I kindly ask that clients do not text outside of emergencies. For all appointment requests, reschedules, or general questions, please use the booking site or email. This ensures I can serve everyone fairly and give my full attention during business hours.
